Lower Division Teacher

Requirements

• Physically located in a timezone between GMT-0 and GMT-10
• Experience teaching students in grades 1-4 and a track record of student learning in those grades
• Possess a strong sense of ownership and personal responsibility for the success of every student, as well as a commitment to creating a learning culture of equity and inclusion
• Display good judgment and sensibility
• Proactively seek honest feedback from others, receive critical feedback well, and apply learnings from feedback to improve your own craft
• Ability to set priorities in a changing environment, comfort with change, and experience approaching novel situations with curiosity and a can-do mindset
• Experience using technology to communicate, collaborate with colleagues, and enhance instruction
