The Senior Product Manager will empower engineering and design teams, manage sprints, feature stories, and product roadmaps, and help develop product strategy. They will utilize data to understand product strengths and weaknesses, gather customer feedback, and prioritize the roadmap to achieve sales and retention goals.
Requirements
- Manage Jira epics & stories
- Help the team complete 90% of roadmap features on time
- Lead the planning and execution of user research
- Determine new feature(s) to build
- Achieve a 40% survey result from customers
- Utilize data across our apps to understand product strengths and weaknesses
- Gather and analyze product feedback directly from customers
- 5+ years of Product Management experience
- End-to-end product ownership experience
- Passion for customer research
