✍️ Full Description

The People Business Partner - Resilience will support the development and implementation of people programs aligned with GBA and country strategic objectives. They will partner with business managers on strategic priorities and provide front line advisory on people initiatives and programs to deliver strategic people or business solutions.

Requirements

Academic degree (preferably in human resources)
Experience in business partnering roles
Broad experience and understanding of the complexity of executing people strategy
Experience of project business and driving change and transformation
Knowledge of all major components of People related functions, employee/labor relations, management of change, diversity and Inclusion, compensation, benefits and Talent development
