Aven is a company that is reinventing consumer credit by using technology to easily tap into people's assets. They are looking for a Consumer Go-To-Market (GTM) to join their team and be responsible for running the strategy around digital acquisition for the company.

Requirements

Bachelor's Degree: Computer Science, Symbolic Systems, Mathematics, Computer/Electrical Engineering, or similar
Experience in gaming, finance, e-commerce, or politics is a major plus
A track record developing go to market strategies via paid ads (Web, Video, SEM, Affiliate, Referrals and growing social accounts: TikTok, Instagram, FB, ect
Demonstrated organizational and project management skills with the ability to handle pressure and a high volume of tasks in a result-oriented environment
A unique balance of analytical skills and creativity and comfort with interpreting data, deriving actionable insights and using those insights to inform strategic direction
