Hydrafacial is seeking a Field Service Engineer to aid internal and external customers with technical questions and challenges. The ideal candidate will have previous mechanical/electrical engineering experience, a valid driving license, and fluency in French and English.
Requirements
Previous mechanical/electrical engineering experience required. (Medical device or similar). Minimum of 3-5 years
Previous experience in technical support, customer service industries
Familiar with computer systems/software, Word, Excel, CRM, ERP etc
