Millennium Space Systems is seeking an Experienced Production Operations Specialist (Electro-Mechanical) to join their dynamic team in El Segundo, California. The position involves developing and implementing manufacturing processes, monitoring production progress, and conducting staffing and cost analyses. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options.

Requirements

• More than 5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment
• More than 3 years of experience in electronics, electro-mechanical and printed circuit board (PCB) assemblies
• More than 1 year of experience leading teams
• More than 1 year of experience using Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES)
