Job Description
The Boeing Company is seeking a Senior Estimating and Pricing Specialist to join our Boeing Aerospace Operations (BAO) team in Hazelwood, MO. The ideal candidate is self-motivated, capable of managing assignments proactively, and excels in cross-functional coordination and written and verbal communication.
Requirements
- Coach and mentor junior colleagues
- Lead the development of detailed estimates and pricing from complex technical requirements
- Work with internal stakeholders to analyze supplier and material needs
- Conduct internal audits
- Develop and deliver presentations for estimating reviews and approvals
- Prepare and price both Priced Bills of Material (PBOM) and Labor Basis of Estimate (BOE)
- Conduct peer and management reviews in accordance with organizational Delegation of Authority (DOA) guidelines
