Wire Assembler - Group B - 21203

As a Wire Assembler, you will cut and trim electrical wire, construct wire bundles, and assemble shelves and panels in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. You will work collaboratively with various teams to ensure accurate and efficient assembly of components, while upholding the highest standards of safety and quality.

Requirements

• Cut and trim electrical wire
• Construct wire bundles
• Assemble shelves and panels
• Identify discrepancies and inform appropriate work groups
• Make necessary adjustments to maintain proper machine operations
• Coordinate and prepare products for delivery
• Assist colleagues by answering questions and sharing information
• Prepare kits of materials and components
• Operate electrical testing instruments
• Drill, saw, file, sand, patch, and build up plastic parts and fixtures
• Operate shop equipment
• Create charts, records, and graphs
• Notify supervisors of equipment failures and malfunctions
