Requirements
- 3+ years of full cycle and high-volume recruiting experience
- Experience using recruiting applications and creative methods to source qualified candidates
- Experience working with hiring managers and adapting sourcing strategies to match the needs of the team
- Ability to operate with a sense of urgency without sacrificing accuracy
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
- Comfortable with change and can easily adapt
