Licensed Therapist

This position serves as the clinical lead for Centerstone's Outpatient and CORe (Coordinated Opioid Recovery) programs, providing individual and group counseling to adults and children experiencing mental health and substance use disorders.

Requirements

• Delivering therapeutic services in both individual and group settings
• Documenting client progress accurately and thoroughly
• Collaborating with internal team members and external community partners to ensure coordinated care
• Engaging with local stakeholders to support comprehensive, community-based treatment
