Development Lead - Instructional Support Facility

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree
• Five (5) years of professional work experience
• Intermediate knowledge of typical office equipment such as telephones, copiers, email, etc.
• Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Intermediate level of understanding of reporting principles and practices
• Intermediate analytical/technical skills to collect and prepare productivity data, etc.
• Advanced verbal and written communication skills
• Advanced interpersonal relations skills
• Advanced knowledge and understanding of Student Information Systems (SIS), Customer Relationship management (CRM), and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively with others
• Ability to exercise good judgment, problem solving ability, and resourcefulness in the absence of formalized guidelines
• Ability to identify, analyze, and resolve business issues through solution-oriented projects
• Ability to coordinate diverse administrative tasks requiring advanced organizational skills
• Ability to work efficiently under conditions of multiple deadlines and changing priorities
