The Senior Tax Accountant (Team Lead) is responsible for managing complex tax compliance and advisory services for Australian clients while leading a team of tax professionals. The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge of Australian tax laws and experience with tax software like Xero, MYOB, and QuickBooks.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
CPA, CA, or equivalent certification required.
Experience with accounting and tax software (e.g., Xero, MYOB, QuickBooks)
5+ years of experience in tax accounting, with a focus on Australian clients and ATO compliance.
2+ years leadership experience, including team coordination and performance management.
