Sales Operations Manager

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, marketing, or business or equivalent relevant experience
• Ten years of experience in property and casualty insurance project management and training or related experience
• Prior experience in property and casualty insurance sales, marketing, or communications may be used to meet some of the experience requirement
• Prior people leadership experience preferred
• Excellent ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in written form, with all levels of leadership
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects
• Excellent knowledge of project management
• Strong knowledge of property and casualty sales, underwriting and field operations experience
• Strong ability to explore new and different processes, services, technologies, and partnerships to enhance EMC’s business
• Excellent understanding of the sales and distribution management function
• Strong leadership and management skills with an ability to drive change
• Strong attention to detail, multi-tasking, organizational and project management skills
• Strong computer skills (Microsoft Office Suite)

Benefits

• The hiring salary range for this position will vary based on geographic location, falling within $109,603 - $157,391 or $121,061 - $173,534 range.
