Senior Program Manager Oracle Cloud Procurement

Requirements

• Leadership of a team of Supply Chain project managers
• Responsible and accountable for the deployment of Supply Chain and ERP solutions
• Develops, drives and manages overall technology roadmap which supports the global supply chain organization technology strategy
• Researches and recommends new system innovations and automation enablement initiatives
• Leads project meetings to evaluate new service initiatives, assess impacts on existing processes, and provide feedback to corporate sponsors.
• Collaborates with a diverse set of internal and external customers in the US and internationally
• Participates and presents in management and leadership reviews
• Identify potential risks to project implementation and discuss solutions with project leadership
• Drive internal adoption by supporting change management initiatives
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams consisting of Category Managers, IT (information technology) Project Leaders, Finance, Compliance and Master Data centers of excellence as well as external vendors in all world areas
• Travel both domestically and internationally to meet with internal customers and external resources; intermittent travel (25%) based upon projects and priorities
