As a Talent Acquisition Specialist / Coordinator for the DACH region, you will support TA Partners, HRBPs and Hiring Managers in ensuring a great Candidate Experience throughout the whole process, managing administrative aspects of the recruitment process and supporting local Recruiters in ensuring a qualitative selection and hire process completion.
Requirements
3+ years of relevant working experience in a Human Resources or Talent Acquisition related support or administrative role
Experience with Enterprise level Human Resource Systems (HRIS) or Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) like - Workday is a strong plus!
Written and verbal fluency in English and German is mandatory
