Agricultural Business Specialist

Requirements

• Professional with a university degree in Business Engineering or Bachelor's degree in Marketing or Business Administration or careers related to the Project theme.
• 5 years of expertise in business development in business and credit areas.
• At least 5 years of experience in organization, accompaniment and technical assistance to entrepreneurship or second-level enterprises.
• 100% proficiency in Spanish language (spoken, reading and writing).
• Leadership and management of technical teams.
• Social skills to facilitate the inclusion of vulnerable groups (women, youth, indigenous, Afro-descendants and people with disabilities).
• Preferable 100% proficiency in Miskito, Tawaka, Pech and/or Garífuna language (not indispensable).
• Experience in handling basic software such as; Excel, Word, PowerPoint, among others.
• Availability to travel to the interior of the country
