Role Overview

Join Axon as a Business Systems Architect – Finance (D365 FO) to design and implement innovative financial solutions within the Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365 FO) platform. You will lead the design, development, and implementation of financial solutions, conduct fit/gap analyses, and develop detailed design specifications. You will also partner with finance stakeholders to assess, refine, and automate key financial processes.

What You Will Do

As a Business Systems Architect – Finance (D365 FO), you will lead the design, development, and implementation of financial solutions within the D365 FO platform. You will conduct fit/gap analyses, develop detailed design specifications, and partner with finance stakeholders to assess, refine, and automate key financial processes. You will also oversee the full lifecycle of finance-related projects within D365 FO, from gathering requirements and designing solutions to deployment and post-implementation support.

Requirements

• Extensive hands-on experience with Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations
• Deep understanding of accounting principles, financial processes, and related Dynamics 365 Finance modules
• Experience designing and implementing electronic reporting solutions
• Proven ability to manage complex projects
• Strong analytical capabilities with the ability to solve complex business challenges
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Familiarity with integrating D365 FO with other enterprise applications, ERP systems, and legacy platforms
• Experience evaluating or implementing AI-enabled business solutions, Microsoft Copilot capabilities, intelligent workflow automation, predictive analytics, or process optimization technologies
