We're looking for an Operations Associate to join our team at hermeneutic Investments, a proprietary trading firm and hedge fund. The successful candidate will have 5-7 years of experience in operations at a hedge fund, trading firm, or crypto financial services business, with direct experience in digital asset operations strongly preferred.
Requirements
- 5–7 years in operations at a hedge fund, trading firm, or crypto financial services business
- Direct experience with digital asset operations — custody, settlements, DeFi workflows — strongly preferred
- Meticulous attention to detail; you're the person who spots the error in row 847 of a spreadsheet
- Comfortable in fast-paced, high-stakes environments where things move quickly and priorities shift
- Structured thinker who can manage multiple workstreams without dropping the ball
- Strong communicator — clear, direct, and proactive across teams
- Exposure to exchange or counterparty operations a bonus
- Bachelor's degree required; finance, technical, or business education preferred
