Job description
The Subject Policy Lead will drive up employment outcomes on release, improve the quality and quantity of purposeful activity in prisons, and enhance efficiency and quality in Offender Management administrative hubs. The role will work closely with Education and the New Futures Network to ensure education and skills development are embedded within work in prison and will collaborate with employers to strengthen pathways from prison industries into sustained employment on release.
