Role Overview

Join Labcorp's team as a Phlebotomist to perform blood collections, collect specimens, and provide customer service. Work in a Patient Service Center or Client office, with opportunities for growth and development.

What You Will Do

Perform blood collections, collect specimens, process billing information, and provide customer service. Travel to additional sites as needed.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent
• Phlebotomy certification or completed training program or 3 months or more experience as a phlebotomist
• Proven track record in providing exceptional customer service
• Strong communication skills; both written and verbal
• Ability to work independently or in a team environment
• Comfortable working under minimal supervision
• Reliable transportation
• Flexibility to work overtime as needed
• Able to pass a standardized color blindness test
