Account Coordinator

Account Coordinator is an essential member of the Client Services team, working in close partnership with Account Executives to ensure client work moves through the agency efficiently, accurately, and with care.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, communications, or a related field
• 1 to 3 years of experience in a marketing, advertising, or client services environment; internship experience is welcomed
• Strong business acumen and verbal communication skills
• Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and competing priorities
• Proactive, solutions-oriented mindset with sound judgment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with HubSpot is a plus
• A genuine passion for the advertising and marketing industry
