Requirements

• 13+ years of healthcare and/or systems-related experience
• 6+ years of diversified leadership experience
• Advanced knowledge of community oncology healthcare and pharmacy
• Ability to build professional relationships quickly and collaborate with a diverse set of colleagues
• Executive presence and advanced presentation skills
• Independently analyze complex data
• Ability to form and articulate persuasive arguments based on analysis
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Excellent problem-solving skills in a nuanced environment
• Experience working in matrix environment
• Must be a Registered Pharmacist
• Pharm-D or equivalent preferred
• MBA or advanced degree preferred
