Requirements
Tertiary qualifications in Marketing or Communication
Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to influence across multiple teams
Prior experience with customer journey mapping and implementing insights from data analytics
Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud or a similar CRM platform
Solid understanding of email and app push best practices including deliverability, segmentation, and privacy laws
Data-driven mindset with a passion for testing, learning, and continuous optimisation
