Requirements
Fluency in Spanish and English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills
Experience in customer service, preferably in the automotive or related industry
A passion for cars and understanding of automotive terminology is a plus
Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused mindset
Proficiency in using customer relationship management (CRM) systems and online tools
Able to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote environment
Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed
