Requirements

  • Retail experience
  • In-depth knowledge of ITSM frameworks like ITIL
  • Proficiency in ITSM platforms (e.g., ServiceNow, Jira Service Management)
  • Automation technologies expertise
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
