Requirements
10+ years of experience in Product Design
Strong track record of delivering impactful, customer-facing experiences across native iOS and Android platforms
Proven ability to lead complex design initiatives as a senior IC, influencing cross-functional strategy and product direction
Experience working on high-velocity teams and shipping solutions that drive measurable business and user value
Strong design systems and end-to-end product thinking, balancing iterative improvements with larger experiences
A bias toward action, experimentation, and learning from outcomes, both wins and failures
Comfortable using both qualitative and quantitative insights to inform design decisions and evaluate success
Excellent communication skills, able to clearly articulate rationale, vision, and tradeoffs to designers, engineers, and executives
