People & Experience Lead

We are seeking a People & Experience Lead to shape and improve the end-to-end kaimahi experience across Ngāti Whātua Ōrākei. This is a hands-on role responsible for overseeing HR systems, processes and workflows that support recruitment, onboarding, training, performance, and offboarding.

Requirements

• Proven experience in HR coordination, advisory, or lead-level roles
• Strong understanding of HR processes across the employee lifecycle (recruitment, onboarding, training, offboarding)
• Experience working with HRIS, ATS, LMS and/or payroll systems
• Strong organisational and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to interpret data and provide insights and reporting
