Requirements
Minimum 5 years of experience as IT business analyst
Experience in SAP SuccessFactors, specifically Employee Central and 2 other modules
Knowledge of English, plus knowledge of either Dutch or French
Analytical mindset, challenger and team player
Strong communication skills to interact with users and stakeholders effectively
Knowledge of BABOK, ArchiMate, BPMN, UML, and User experience in Sparx Enterprise Architecture
