This position involves managing and contributing to programs, projects and activities related to the development, implementation, maintenance of and adherence to Oracle’s policies and procedures covering privacy, information security, and supplier security management.
Requirements
5 years of relevant experience
Interest in international human resource and legal issues
Interest in privacy, security and data governance aspects related to AI
Bachelor Degree in a related field, Master Degree preferred
IAPP – CIPP certification preferred (or willingness to take IAPP certification – CIPP)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
Ability to create and deliver professional presentation & training materials
Excellent problem solving skills
Technical skills to understand human resources systems
