Principal/Staff Product Manager – Repairer Experience

We're looking for a Principal/Staff Product Manager to own the end-to-end repairer experience on our platform. The ideal candidate will have experience owning complex B2B software products, a genuine customer obsession, and a strong analytical instinct.

Requirements

• 5+ years of owning complex B2B software products end-to-end
• Genuine customer obsession and a demonstrated habit of spending time with users in their actual work context
• Craft-level commitment to UX quality
• Strong analytical instinct and ability to define metrics, build dashboards, and read data
• Experience with API-first or integration-dependent products
• Ability to build rapid prototypes and test ideas
• Excellent judgment in a complex multi-stakeholder environment
