Requirements
At least 2 years of experience from a similar role within retail or customer service.
Good ability to coach and develop a team.
Ability to be solution-oriented and take responsibility.
Collaborative, listening, and communicative.
Good system and data knowledge.
Fluent language skills in Norwegian and English.
