We are looking for a Corporate Recruiter to join our client's team in Rotterdam. As a recruiter, you will be responsible for the entire recruitment process, from sourcing to onboarding. You will develop and execute recruitment strategies, manage the full process, and work closely with hiring managers and the HR team to attract the right talent.
Requirements
At least 5 years of experience as a recruiter
Ability to adapt approach to different target groups and job levels
Independent, well-organized, and able to switch between tasks
