International Supply Chain Strategy Lead – MENA

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree plus a minimum 10 years' experience in Supply Chain, Project or Program Management, Operations/Manufacturing, Engineering, or similar role; OR an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 7 years' experience in Supply Chain, Project or Program Management, Operations/Manufacturing, Engineering, or similar role
• The ability to obtain and maintain a US security clearance. U.S. citizenship is required as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance
• Supplier management, manufacturing, engineering, or program experience, especially in international settings
• Experience working with and leading cross-functional or Integrated Product Teams (IPTs)
• Experience working on a geographically dispersed team
• Experience/Knowledge of Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR/DFARS), International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) and USG export/import requirements
• Demonstrated project and change management experience, especially driving initiatives from early inception through execution and closure
• Experience with Statements of Work (SOW) and MRP/ERP systems such as SAP (PRISM)
• Practical experience with offsets/localization/industrial participation and proposal management experience are a plus
• Program Management, Supply Chain (MPM, SPM, SCM) or other related industry certifications (PMP, CPSM, CSCP, etc.)
