As Shop Supervisor, you will lead and coordinate daily shop activities, ensuring the efficient execution of preventive and corrective maintenance work on equipment and machinery.
Requirements
Technical, Technological or Professional title in Mechanics, Electromechanics, Industrial Maintenance, or related areas.
Minimum 3 years of proven experience in shop supervision, heavy machinery maintenance, industrial equipment, or similar functions.
Leadership, effective communication and skills for managing diverse teams.
