We are looking for an Assistant Manager - Vendor Management, Collection Telecalling to manage channel partners handling tele calling responsibilities for the assigned Collections portfolio. The role involves executing collection strategy, tracking performance, and providing inputs to PM, as well as monitoring channel partner performance and ensuring capacity planning.
Requirements
Post-Graduate/Graduate in any discipline
Credit Card knowledge along with good understanding of Collection Processes
Knowledge of dialer strategies
Experience of managing large distributed vendor teams
