Senior Commercial Planning Manager role responsible for Commercial Operations, Commercial Excellence, Channel Management & Sales Force Effectiveness, providing a framework for commercial operations and ensuring availability of health of business Dashboards. The role will work closely with Vice President, Saudi & MENA in developing and supporting short- and long-range growth strategies.
Requirements
Minimum of 10 years' experience in Commercial Excellence, Marketing, Channel management, management consulting, and/or corporate strategic planning or Business development.
In-depth knowledge of Incentive Management
Experience leading third party seller's on-boarding and off-boarding, as well as contract & distributor management across Saudi & MENA
Experience in supporting the annual strategic and business planning processes
Excellent interpersonal and relationship management skills including influencing with direct reporting
Comfortable working in a demanding, fast paced environment, juggling multiple priorities and working within ambiguity
Experience leading cross functional teams
Excellent problem solving, Executive presentation and analytical skills
Proven ability to develop plans as well as lead teams to develop plans akin to Management Consulting
