The Test Equipment Technician is responsible for supervising daily activities within the test laboratory, directing a work team, and updating testing capabilities through new technologies and tests.
Requirements
Assembly and disassembly of electrical and mechanical fixtures
Evaluation of tools and test equipment
Data saving and test report preparation
Maintenance of test equipment
Equipment and tool problem identification
Correct installation of tools
Follow up of SCRAP process
Participation in new product development
Creation and maintenance of technical procedures
Training and creation of Deephow material
Maintenance of metrics such as Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost, and Production
Creation and maintenance of control processes
Segregation of waste according to work area categories
Operation of machinery and equipment
Participation in ISO 14001 & 45001 awareness training
