Supervisor, Operations (JRZ 3) - The Toro Company

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree with a minimum 3-5 years related supervisory experience
• Extrusion knowledge and experience
• English - Spoken & Written
• Experience with the Just-In-Time (JIT), Kanban, ISO 9000 implementation requirements, or other workflow concepts
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong computer skills including all Microsoft Office programs
• Excellent coaching and communication skills
• Broad knowledge of production planning processes
• Strategic planning skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Understanding of machine controls and instrumentation
• Able to deal with complex issues in a fast-paced setting
• Experience in 24/7 operations/production models
• Leadership experience
• Ability to read and interpret documents, write routine reports and correspondence, speak effectively before groups of customers or employees, calculate figures and amounts, apply concepts of basic algebra and geometry, solve practical problems, and interpret a variety of instructions
