The Tsui Group is seeking a qualified and experienced Cost Estimator II - Airside to join our aviation team in Los Angeles County. The successful candidate will prepare independent cost estimates, reconcile estimates with third-party entities, and engage in change order negotiations.
Requirements
Minimum of 5 years of estimating experience directly related to both engineering and construction projects
Demonstrated experience with estimate reconciliations and change order negotiations
Comprehensive knowledge of construction-related processes, as well as a thorough knowledge of industry practices
Benefits
Salary Range: $118,000-$123,000
