Director - Human Resources

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or Business Administration, or equivalent degree
• Minimum eight (8) years Human Resources exempt level experience
• Minimum three (3) years of experience managing human resources staff
• Intermediate skills with Microsoft Office products
• Knowledge of multiple HR disciplines
• Previous experience as an HR leader building relationships, influencing and driving change with senior leaders
• Ability to maintain strictest confidentiality
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Demonstrable employee relations skills
• Well organized, capable of juggling multiple projects and accustomed to tight deadlines
• Skilled in gathering, summarizing and reporting information to senior management
