Veolia BeLux is seeking a Service Delivery Officer to join their Digital Business & Technology department. The successful candidate will provide first-line support to internal users, analyze and resolve IT-related problems, and support IT integration of new colleagues.
Requirements
Secondary education diploma in IT or equivalent by experience
Experience with Windows 11, ChromeOS, and Google environment
Knowledge of Active Directory, Windows Server, Citrix, Networks, and Software Deployment is a plus
Excellent communication skills
Good command of Dutch, French, and English
