Serves as the Medical Support Administrator for the Federal Services Division. Responsible for administrating medical support requirements for contracts and maintaining confidentiality. Requires problem-solving skills, technical knowledge, and excellent communication skills.
Requirements
Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations using the English language.
Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals.
Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public.
Minimum of one to two years' experience working in a medical front office or equivalent experience in a medical billing environment or administrative capacity in an office environment.
Intermediate to advanced skills in Microsoft Office software including Word, Excel, Outlook and Powerpoint, and working knowledge of applicant tracking systems; Human Resources systems; internet programs; order processing systems; and Security Management System (SMS).
