Assistant Property Manager

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED equivalent
• Minimum of 1 year of relevant work experience in property management or leasing
• Affordable housing experience; LIHTC, section 42
• Experience with various computer systems, including Microsoft Office
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent customer service skills
• Superb attention to detail
• Willingness to learn and be trained
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced office environment
• Ability to work with a diverse group of people and personalities
