Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Cybersecurity, CS, or related
5+ years in Pen Testing, Red Teaming, or Offensive Security
2+ years in a leadership/mentorship role
OSCP, CEH, GPEN, OSWE or equivalent certifications
