We are seeking a Proposition Manager to join our Citizen Experience and Digital Business Services proposition team, delivering across our Capita Public Services (CPS) client groups. As a visionary leader, you will design and develop winning propositions and proposals, lead by example, and build strong relationships across CPS and broader Capita.
Requirements
Strong understanding of Digital BPS and the broader Citizen Experience market
Demonstrable skills in understanding the needs of organizations and designing compelling solutions
Proven presales capability, leading the development of innovative and efficient responses
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Ability to work autonomously and manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
