The Product Manager is responsible for establishing deep product expertise, collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders, and defining and prioritizing enhancements and new products into a product roadmap. This person has strong communication and influencing skills and is knowledgeable in the Agile framework.
Requirements
Minimum of 3-5 years of business and/or data analysis experience with increasing responsibility.
Experience in driving product development, preferably in an Agile software development environment.
Experience leading meetings and presenting information to senior leadership.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to think strategically and define and layout a vision.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Excellent interpersonal skills including effective listening and negotiation skills.
Strong organization and time management skills.
