✍️ Full Description
The Director of Talent Acquisition and Onboarding is responsible for managing and mentoring a remote team of Talent Acquisition Professionals and Onboarding Partners. The focus of this role will be on the entire employee talent acquisition journey including the strategy and execution for attracting top external talent, the development and implementation of recruiting best practices to manage the talent needs of the organization, and the full lifecycle of new hire onboarding and engagement.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 10 years of full cycle recruiting experience with 3 years in Healthcare Recruitment preferred.
  • Minimum of 4 years of Talent Acquisition Management and Onboarding experience, preferably remote based.
  • Broad experience in talent acquisition, employee engagement, and/or onboarding background, preferably in a mid to large-sized organization.
  • Proven experience working in high volume recruitment - Exceptional written and verbal skills.
  • Effective communicator with all levels within the company.
  • Ability to work in fast paced ever changing environment.
  • Able to handle multiple priorities.
  • Experience managing against metrics.
  • Experience in advance advanced internet recruiting/sourcing, i.e. LinkedIn Recruiter.
  • Familiar with utilizing applicant tracking systems, preferably iCIMS or Greenhouse.
  • Bachelor’s degree required.
