• Ensure ongoing compliance by tracking HR Compliance requirements against federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
• Conduct regular audits of HR practices, policies, and procedures to identify risk and design corrective measures.
• Develop and update HR policies and employee handbooks in accordance with regulatory changes and business needs.
