We are looking for a Manager, Workforce Management to lead the development, implementation, and use of the Workforce Management platform to improve the customer experience and operational efficiency. The successful candidate will work with leadership to develop forecasting models, analyze performance indicators, and communicate results to business leadership.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in data analytics, business, or related fields, or equivalent experience.
At least 3 yearsโ experience as a supervisor or equivalent people manager role.
Solid understanding of Salesforce and Vonage, with proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel and PowerBI.
