We are seeking a hands-on and proactive Talent Acquisition Lead to join our People team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a small team, managing requisitions, and driving team collaboration and delivery. The role is fully remote and requires the candidate to be based in Brazil, Peru, or Ireland.
Requirements
A minimum of 6 years experience as a recruiter for an internal team, ideally in a high volume environment
Proven experience in people leadership, coaching, and providing feedback as a team lead or senior individual contributor
A proactive, resourceful and agile mindset is essential for this role
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
Proficiency in data interpretation and reporting
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for partnering with senior leadership
Comfortable setting objectives, reviewing progress, and enhancing team performance
Previous experience hiring for top-tier consulting firms is desirable but not essential
Experience using Greenhouse, Slack and Google Suite
Fluent written and spoken English
